YLOD LTD operates online stores for a family of 11 direct-to-consumer brands in our markets. That means we run the website, process the payment, dispatch the order, and answer the email when something needs sorting out. Our name appears on the card statement and on the parcel, so we take the responsibility that comes with it seriously.
